Return Policy

01Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may be final sale; this is noted on the product page.

02How to Return

Contact our client care team with your order number to initiate a return. We’ll provide instructions and, where available, arrange collection.

03Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

04Exchanges

Prefer a different size or colour? Start a return and place a new order, or contact client care and we’ll be happy to assist.
