Shipping Policy

01Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery arrives within 3–5 business days. Express delivery arrives within 1–2 business days.

Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. You’ll receive tracking details by email at dispatch.

02Shipping Costs

Complimentary standard shipping applies to all orders over PKR 15,000. Below this threshold, a flat rate of PKR 750 applies.

Express delivery is available for a flat PKR 1,500.

03International Orders

We ship across Pakistan and to select international regions. International duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

04Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you can follow your delivery from our Track Order page using the order number provided in your confirmation email.
